Technology leader. Architect at heart.
Read me through the
25+ years turning IT into business outcomes for global enterprises — L'Oréal, Microsoft, ENGIE, Qatar Foundation.
I set strategy, own budgets and vendors, build teams, and deliver. I'm ready to lead IT end-to-end,
as IT Director on the road to CIO.
Azure Solutions Architect Expert who designed greenfield SAP S/4HANA on Azure, Azure VMware Solution migrations,
enterprise landing zones and FinOps at scale. I still read the diagrams, challenge the design,
and know when a "best practice" isn't one.
Comfortable in the boardroom. Credible in the engine room.
Most IT leaders come from one side. I've spent 25 years earning trust on both — which is exactly what an IT Director needs when strategy meets the Monday-morning incident.
In the boardroom
Strategy & roadmaps — chair architecture committees; set multi-year direction at L'Oréal and GDF Suez.
Money — Azure FinOps governance, BOM/CMDB in ServiceNow, USD 1.5M saved at Qatar Foundation.
Vendors — single voice towards Microsoft, SAP and NetApp on the customer's behalf.
People — recruited and mentored architect teams; led a 40+ technical team; 120,000-user client relationship.
Growth — pre-sales and business development that turned into signed engagements.
SAP on Azure — greenfield S/4HANA with HA/DR and Azure NetApp Files, 20+ ERP migrations.
Datacenter DNA — SAN/NAS, DR sites, Active Directory, messaging, security hardening since the NT 4.0 days.
Modern delivery — Terraform, Ansible, GitHub, Azure DevOps; Agile and ITIL, not one or the other.
Resilience by design — DR and business continuity programmes for regulators, banks and telcos.
